Xinyimei factory covers an area of 20,000 square meters and is divided into five workshops: hardware, plastics, stainless steel, linen, and woodworking. It has 6 professional departments including sales department, operation department, QC department, design department, purchasing department, and customer service department to serve customers 24 hours a day. Xin Yimei always strives for excellence in production. In order to meet the growing demand for purchase orders, the Xinyimei factory purchased automated production equipment such as welding robots. From the careful selection of raw materials to the high-quality control of finished products, all processes provide high-quality guarantee for Xinyimei’s products.

Hardware Workshop
Equipped with 5 automated production lines and more than 10 welding robot arms. This ensures that every step of the product from design to finished product can be completed efficiently and accurately. We are able to rely on strong production equipment and professional teams to provide customers with satisfactory customized solutions.

wood workshop
The workshop team is composed of experienced carpenters who have a deep understanding of the properties and processing techniques of wood and are able to tailor-make unique wood products based on the hotel’s specific needs and design requirements. Ensure that every product meets environmental standards and has long-term durability.

Linen workshop
Our linen workshops can meet the different decoration needs of hotels, enhance the style of the dining environment, and increase customers’ dining comfort. We promise that through our customized services, we can bring unique brand experience and aesthetic value to each hotel according to the hotel’s style and needs.

Plastic workshop
Our plastic workshop focuses on producing various high-quality plastic furniture for hotels, mainly crystal chairs, resin chairs, PC chairs and other products. The plastic workshop covers a spacious area and is equipped with advanced production equipment and technology, capable of large-scale production of various plastic chairs to meet the needs of different hotels.

Stainless steel workshop
This workshop mainly produces modern wedding chairs and is a key link in our one-stop purchasing service for hotels. Having modern production equipment and processes allows us to perform metal cutting, welding, grinding and polishing with precision. They can all be specially designed according to the specific requirements of 5-star hotels to ensure that each product can meet customer standards and have long-term durability.

Showroom
Our showroom is a large space showroom displaying 2,000 carefully designed samples, which brings together hotel chairs, tables and tableware products of various styles and uses. Each sample is a demonstration of our craftsmanship and design innovation capabilities, and is carefully selected to meet the needs of different hotels.

Office is the center of the company’s management and operational activities, with space optimized to promote work efficiency and communication, carefully organized and allocated to five key departments: Purchasing, Sales, Operations, Quality Inspection, and Design.
